Triodos Vastgoedfonds renovated the building and gas trading company GasTerra has rented it since 2013 for a period of at least ten years, with the option to extend.

The renovation has significantly reduced the building’s energy use, improving the energy label from G to A+ (the highest label), and the rental contract is a Green Lease contract. This contract guarantees the tenant lower energy costs, while the rent will not be increased, as is usually the case after a renovation. The difference between the lower energy bill and the stable rent earns back the costs of the renovation.
