De Sterregaard is an organic-dynamic fruit company, specializing in Old Dutch fruit varieties, including the Star Apple, the Notaris Apple, the Zoete Bloemee, and the Goudreinet. Among others, apples, pears, cherries, plums, walnuts, hazelnuts and sweet chestnuts are grown on 2 ha. Most products are sold directly through parcels and from a booth at the Farmers Market in Amsterdam. The packages contain a wide variety of organic products, including mango, avocado, bananas and blood oranges. The vegetable package is filled with mainly Dutch vegetables: spring onion, lamb's lettuce, parsley, chard, endive, and kale. De Sterregaard also provides tailor-made packages for companies and nurseries.
