Vision and action plan
Triodos Bank will continue to work on a clear vision on diversity and inclusion in the coming period and will actively involve its co-workers. Based on this vision, Triodos Bank will draw up an action plan within six months. It will report annually on the implementation of the action plan.
The Diversity Charter is a declaration of intent aimed at employers from the public and private sector with the aim of promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. It started in 2004 in France. It is now a European network of charters in 23 countries; more than 10,000 European companies have signed.
