Julian Kramer
Commercial Director
Julian Kramer is Triodos IM's Commercial Director since April 2022. He joined Triodos IM in 2020 as Head of Business Development & Investor Relations and has more than 25 years of experience in overseeing business development and sales teams within the asset management industry, throughout all of Europe. Prior to joining Triodos IM, he worked for BNP Paribas Asset Management, Fortis Investments and ABN AMRO Asset Management in various senior European Sales and Distribution Management roles.

Adam Robbins
Head of Business Development
Adam Robbins joined Triodos IM in 2017 being responsible for the UK market and as of 2024 has been head of Business Development Pan Europe. Prior to working for Triodos IM, Adam Robbins has worked for AXA Wealth Management working in partnership with Private Banks, DFMs, Platforms and Key Strategic Clients. He has also spent over 3 years with RAC in the Commercial Insurance division growing the business and securing new partnerships.

Els Ankum-Griffioen
Business Development Institutional
Els Ankum-Griffioen joined Triodos Investment Management in 2013 with over 25 years of Asia and sustainable investment experience at PBI Securities, IMS Institutional Management Services and Sparinvest S.A and currently holds active board memberships. Prior to the financial industry, she worked in export finance to China at the Ministry for Economic Affairs. Els Ankum-Griffioen studied Chinese Economics at Leiden University and Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Kärim Chatti
Business Development DACH Region
Kärim Chatti is responsible for Business Development in the DACH Region at Triodos Investment Management. Prior to that he was Market Head Germany at ResponsAbility Investments AG (Zurich). Kärim Chatti’s current responsibilities include managing new and existing client relationships, implementing marketing and sales activities, representing the company at conferences, symposia and key client events. Prior to that he worked at UBS Bank AG, Donner & Reuschel Privatbank AG, HSH Nordbank AG as well as Bertelsmann Foundation. His professional experience covers the sectors of finance, wealth management, impact investing as well as philanthropy.

Eric Simonnet
Business Development France & Luxembourg
Eric Simonnet has 20 years of experience in the financial and investment industry. Before joining Triodos Investment Management, he held several commercial positions, for instance as Business Development Director for the Benelux at Legg Mason and as a Sales Manager for the France and Benelux markets at Oddo & Cie. Eric holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Versailles and a MSc in Finance from the University of Aix-Marseille.

Dirk Drukker
Business Development Netherlands
Dirk Drukker joined Triodos Investment Management in 2017 and is responsible for Business Development in the Netherlands. He has over 10 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to working for Triodos IM, Dirk Drukker has worked for Rabobank Private Banking as an Investment Advisor. Dirk Drukker studied Financial Services Management at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.

Marc Janson
Business Development Netherlands
Marc Janson has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry. In his last position before joining Triodos Investment Management, he worked as Quality Manager Investments at ING Bank (Amsterdam). Prior to that he worked in different roles at Rabobank, ABN AMRO Bank, Theodoor Gilissen, MeesPierson, EY and CenE Bankiers. His professional experience covers the sectors of finance, wealth management, private banking as well as financial planning. Marc holds a master’s degree in law from Erasmus University and a master’s degree in financial planning from University of Amsterdam.

Peter Vierbergen
Business Development Belgium
Peter Vierbergen joined Triodos Investment Management in 2019 and is responsible for Business Development in Belgium. Peter brings with him over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, more specific in the Asset Management business where he worked as sales manager for BNP Paribas Asset Management, State Street Global Advisors and Cazenove Capital Management. He worked as well as Private Banker for BNP Paribas Fortis bank and was active in the Dealingroom of Citibank as FX Sales trader. Peter holds a Master ‘Commercial Engineer’ from the University of Antwerp (Belgium).

Ronald Waals
Business Development Institutional
Ronald Waals joined Triodos Investment Management as Business Development Manager for Institutional Markets, effective 1 April 2025, following a successful interim period.
Ronald brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the institutional asset management sector, having held key positions at Achmea AM, Robeco, Natixis AM and Pinebridge Investments. Since the introduction of the Pension Fund Governance Act in 2014, he has contributed to the internal supervision of multiple pension funds and currently serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Molenaars Pensioenfonds.
