Julian Kramer
Commercial Director
Julian Kramer has been Triodos Investment Management’s Commercial Director since 2022. He joined Triodos IM in 2020 as Head of Business Development & Investor Relations and brings over 25 years’ experience overseeing business development and sales teams within the asset management industry across Europe.
Prior to joining Triodos IM, Julian held various senior European Sales and Distribution Management roles at BNP Paribas Asset Management, Fortis Investments and ABN AMRO Asset Management.

Adam Robbins
Head of Business Development
Adam Robbins joined Triodos Investment Management in 2017, initially responsible for the UK market and has been Head of Business Development Pan-Europe since 2024.
Before joining Triodos IM, Adam Robbins worked for AXA Wealth Management, partnering with private banks, DFMs, platforms and key strategic clients. He also spent over three years with RAC in the Commercial Insurance division, where he grew the business and secured new partnerships.

Els Ankum-Griffioen
Business Development Institutional
Els Ankum-Griffioen joined Triodos Investment Management in 2013 with over 25 years of Asia and sustainable investment experience at PBI Securities, IMS Institutional Management Services and Sparinvest S.A and currently holds active board memberships.
Prior to the financial industry, she worked in export finance to China at the Ministry for Economic Affairs. Els Ankum-Griffioen studied Chinese Economics at Leiden University and Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Kärim Chatti
Business Development DACH Region
Kärim Chatti is Business Development Manager for the DACH Region at Triodos Investment Management. His responsibilities include managing new and existing client relationships, implementing marketing and sales activities, and representing Triodos IM at conferences, symposia and key client events.

Before joining Triodos IM in 2019, he held positions at ResponsAbility Investments, UBS Bank AG, Donner & Reuschel Privatbank AG, HSH Nordbank AG as well as Bertelsmann Foundation. His professional experience spans the finance, wealth management, impact investing and philanthropy sectors.

Eric Simonnet
Business Development France & Luxembourg
Eric Simonnet joined Triodos Investment Management in 2021 and is responsible for Business Development in France and Luxembourg, and has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial and investment industry.
Before joining Triodos IM, Eric held several commercial positions, including Business Development Director for the Benelux at Legg Mason and Sales Manager for the France and Benelux markets at Oddo & Cie. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Versailles and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Aix-Marseille.

Dirk Drukker
Business Development Institutional
Dirk Drukker joined Triodos Investment Management in 2017 and is responsible for institutional investor activities as part of the Business Development team. He brings in over 20 years' experience in the investment industry.
Before joining Triodos IM, Dirk worked for as an investment advisor at Rabobank Private Banking. He studied Financial Services Management at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.

Marc Janson
Business Development Netherlands
Marc Janson joined Triodos Investement Management as a Business Development Manager in 2019, responsible for engagement activities with wholesale channels and family offices in the Netherlands.
Before joining Triodos IM, Marc held various positions at ING Bank, Rabobank, ABN AMRO Bank, Theodoor Gilissen, MeesPierson, EY and CenE Bankiers. His professional experience spans finance, wealth management, private banking and financial planning. Marc holds Master’s degrees in Law (Erasmus University) and Financial Planning (University of Amsterdam).

Peter Vierbergen
Business Development Belgium
Peter Vierbergen joined Triodos Investment Management in 2019 and is responsible for Business Development in Belgium. He brings over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry, with a particular focus on asset management. Peter worked as a Sales Manager for BNP Paribas Asset Management, State Street Global Advisors and Cazenove Capital Management. He also held roles as a Private Banker at BNP Paribas Fortis and as an FX Sales Trader in the Dealing Room at Citibank.
Peter holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp, Belgium.

Ronald Waals
Business Development Institutional
Ronald Waals joined Triodos Investment Management as Business Development Manager for Institutional Markets, effective 1 April 2025, following a successful interim period.
Ronald brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the institutional asset management sector, having held key positions at Achmea AM, Robeco, Natixis AM and Pinebridge Investments. Since the introduction of the Pension Fund Governance Act in 2014, he has contributed to the internal supervision of multiple pension funds and currently serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Molenaars Pensioenfonds.
