Nikkie Pelzer
Impact Manager
Nikkie is Impact Manager at Triodos Investment Management and joined the organisation in 2021. She coordinates the organisation’s ESG and impact management efforts and acts as domain owner of the cross-functional Impact Management and Measurement Domain. In this role, she coordinates the impact ambition and integration of market standards and sustainability related regulatory requirements, including EU SFDR and Taxonomy Regulation. Nikkie brings more than 10 years of impact management experience in asset management, including impact analysis of investment opportunities, impact reporting and setting up theories of change and impact frameworks. She holds academic degrees in Business and International Development.
Tim Crijns
Fund Manager
Tim Crijns is Lead Fund Manager of Triodos Microfinance Fund (since 2019) and Triodos Emerging Markets Renewable Energy Fund (since 2024). He joined Triodos Investment Management in 2016 as investment officer Africa. Tim started his career at Triodos Bank in 2014 as corporate secretary to the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and SAAT.

Before joining Triodos he spent two years in Tanzania setting up a vocational training project, and worked as lawyer at Clifford Chance and ING Bank. Tim holds Master's degrees in Law and Business Administration. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of 3Bank Serbia.
