During the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Triodos Vastgoedfonds NV, the shareholders have voted in favor of the proposal of the board to end the fund’s activities. The proposal has been accepted by the majority of the present shareholders with voting rights.  

The board of Triodos Vastgoedfonds will now initiate the process to end the fund’s activities. This can among others mean facilitating a public bid on the fund’s shares, to sell the fund’s portfolio and/or dissolution and liquidation of the fund. More information regarding the exact details of this process will follow in the near future.
