Investment rationale

It has proven to be beneficial for all children to have access to quality early childhood development and education. High quality early learning benefits children in many ways: it cultivates cognitive and social-emotional skills, learning skills, while preschool attendance also benefits elementary school results and is especially valuable for children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Access to early childcare also promotes gender equality as this enables higher workforce participation of females.

The majority of its properties are Early Learning Centre (ELC) properties, where three- and four-year-olds can enjoy play-based educational programs both indoor and outdoor.
