Corbion's solutions for shelf-life extension, food safety, animal health and aquaculture support the transition to a sustainable food system, able to feed a growing population within the planetary boundaries. The company also collaborates with suppliers of agriculture-derived raw materials to promote sustainable agriculture.
With its bio-based chemicals and materials the company also plays an essential role in promoting the responsible production and consumption of food. Its efforts to create zero waste, to improve energy efficiency, reduce its carbon footprint and to implement gypsum-free production technology in manufacturing also contribute to this goal.
