Cheese farm De Vierhuizen is a small organic family business in the Netherlands. It is a dairy farm with approximately 45 dairy cows, 30 calves and heifers and 10 mother sheep. Real farmer's cheese is made on the farm from part of the milk. This cheese is sold under its own quality mark (Wilde Weide Kaas) to restaurants and specialty cheese shops. There is also a shop on the farm. The company pays a lot of attention to nature management and offers a number of small-scale, extensive recreational opportunities.
