Windpark Haringvliet is located at the northern end of the Haringvliet dam, part of the Delta Works. The six windturbines are situated on the seaside of the dam. Together with provincial governments and municipalities, the tourist branch and local inhabitants, project developer E-Connection is investigating if the current windturbines can be replaced by two windturbines relocated at the inner-side of the dam along the Haringvliet. Conversations with local stakeholders start as early as possible in the development phase and continue throughout the construction phase to identify concerns and come to shared solutions.
