Through a joint venture with Canada-based Fondaction Asset Management, we are developing a closed-end investment platform that offers risk-adjusted returns and restores nature by transitioning existing farm and forestland to regenerative practices. This real asset strategy will focus on North America and Western Europe and be open to institutional and other professional investors.
In addition, we are establishing a Nature-based Solutions impact platform investing in smallholder agroforestry and agroecology, sustainable forestry and nature conservation and restoration in Africa and Latin America. This platform – with a blended finance structure - is open to Development Finance Institutions (DFIs).
We classify both solutions as SFDR Article 9.
