Triodos Vastgoedfonds has sold the office building at Nieuwe Kanaal 9 ef in Wageningen to SKH/SHR Holding BV, Wageningen. The process to sell the property was initiated earlier in 2018, as part of the fund’s intention to concentrate the portfolio more on easily accessible locations in the larger cities. As such, it is not related to the decision made by the EGM of 17 December 2018 to end the fund’s activities.

The property at Nieuwe Kanaal 9 ef (875 m² and 22 parking spaces) was acquired by Triodos Vastgoedfonds in 2005 and was at that time one of the first and most sustainable acquisitions made by the fund. The building has an energy label A and was built in line with the Regeling Groenprojecten (Green Regulation) from RVO.

The property has been sold above book value.
