As part of the process to end the activities of Triodos Vastgoedfonds N.V., the fund has appointed a legal advisor and a real estate agent in order to facilitate a transparent, structured and compliant sales process. Law firm and civil law notary Lexence will assist the fund in this process as a legal and tax advisor. BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory Netherlands will act as selling agent for the real estate.

Further development of the process
Following the initial preparation phase and in cooperation with both parties the underlying process is currently developed further. Based on obtained advice and shown interest, the focus will initially be on selling the portfolio. This trajectory is now being prepared further with the aim to go to the market by the end of March.
At the same time, the option to sell the fund by facilitating a public bid on the fund's shares, is still not excluded.

With the recent sales of the properties in Wageningen and Velp, and the addition of the in 2018 acquired property in Eindhoven, the portfolio consists of 16 properties.

The expected time needed for ending the fund’s activities are still in line with the time span mentioned during the Extraordinary General Meeting on 17 December 2018, being six to twelve months.
